I sat in on John Mason's Testing with cfcUnit ColdFusion Meetup presentation a few days ago. Not only did I learn a few new things to help me with unit testing, I found a new ColdFusion host.
There were a few things that sold me on FusionLink as a provider. They've been in business longer than I've been a ColdFusion developer, they encourage secure connections for ftp, pop3, smtp, and databases, and they bundle a subversion repository (also under ssl) with the plan. Yes, you can use frameworks with a hosting plan at FusionLink. I'm planning on running sub-domains for various projects. I have one project that uses ColdSpring and Transfer and another using Coldspring, Transfer and ModelGlue. For any given domain, you simply place the core framework files at the root of the domain.
